In no event shall Popin or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Popin, even if Popin or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The materials appearing on Popin could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Popin does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Popin may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
6. Materials and Content
The materials on Popin are protected by copyright law and international treaties. Users who host events agree to: • Provide accurate event information • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Respect the rights and safety of attendees • Not discriminate against potential attendees

In no case shall Popin, its directors, officers, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if Popin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Termination
Popin may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms of Service.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
13. Changes to Terms
Popin reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
